To kick off this program we will go through a virtual pantry cleanup to prepare us for success. We will also discuss how best to take full advantage of this program and what you can expect from us!
First month we will set the foundation of proper nutrition by delving into the bare bones of nutrition. How do we understand macros and the roles they play in nourishing us? What does it mean to balance our plates? Is there any benefit to following a dairy-free or gluten-free diet?
Month two we will delve into the science of menstruation. Learn all about the phases of the menstrual cycle, and the hormones involved. How can you best support hormone balance through food and exercise? What influences do diet, exercise, and sleep have on sex hormones and metabolism?
During our last month we will learn all about the emerging field of gut health science. What are the signs and symptoms of a healthy gut? How can we prevent poor gut health, or resolve existing gut issues? How do we identify trigger foods and eliminate them?
